Refunds
You may contact us via the contact button in the app or at support@nangaroo.com.au to cancel your order at any time before receiving your items, and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any delivery fees if the driver is already on their way to, or at, the delivery location. All orders are final once delivery has been made.
Terms & Conditions
Before placing an order with Nangaroo, you must agree to the following terms and conditions of service:
You agree that you are over the age of 18 and that the recipient of the goods is also over the age of 18.
You agree that any products that are purchased from Nangaroo will be used only as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
You acknowledge that Nangaroo is not liable for any misuse of goods and that any evidence of misuse will result in Nangaroo refusal of sale and/or restriction of future sales.
You acknowledge that Nangaroo has no obligation to repair, replace or service any goods purchased once already used, unless the good/s are DoA (dead on arrival).
You agree that Nangaroo may request to see government-issued photo ID with proof of age before delivery of goods, and refusal to display valid government-issued photo ID will result in the sale being cancelled.
If the order is cancelled for any reason after the driver is already on their way to, or at, the delivery location, we reserve the right to withhold refunding of the delivery fee plus an additional delivery fee.
